1. AVAILABLE PLAN TYPES

2. CREATION FORM FIELDS

Main information :

Name * (required) - Letters, numbers, spaces and dashes only
Price * (required) - Minimum 100
Currency - Default XAF
Partner fixed commission - In XAF

Time parameters :

Duration (hours) - Effective connection time
Validity (hours) - Time during which the code remains valid

Resource limits :

Data (MB) - Data volume (unlimited for period-based)
Simultaneous sessions - Number of simultaneous devices

Network performance :

Download speed (Kbps) - Download speed
Upload speed (Kbps) - Upload speed

Additional options :

Badge - Displayed label (ex: "New", "Promo")
Description - Explanatory text

3. CHECKBOX OPTIONS

⚠️ Important rule : For Smart Devices plans, guest payment is automatically disabled (ReadyZone account required).

4. FEATURES

Each plan can be associated with features that display during subscription (ex: "WiFi HD", "24/7 Support", "Stable connection").

Create a new plan
View details of an existing plan
Edit a plan
Disable a plan (users can no longer purchase it)

Checkout buttons display rules

For custom integrations (custom captive portal), here is how payment buttons work:

Payment with ReadyZone account

Button displayed if guest payment is Disabled when creating the plan.

User must create an account or log in to ReadyZone to complete payment. They benefit from all ReadyZone user features (session tracking, history, etc.).

Guest payment

Button displayed if guest payment is Enabled when creating the plan.

User does not need a ReadyZone account. They only enter their payment information (OM/MoMo) and receive their login credentials via SMS or email. Warning: they will not benefit from features reserved for users with ReadyZone accounts.

Summary: Guest payment Enabled = 2 buttons displayed. Guest payment Disabled = 1 button displayed (account required).

Features Tab

Features are additional options that display on the portal to help users understand what they get with the plan.
CREATE : Click 'New feature', give a name (ex: WiFi HD, 24/7 Support, Stable connection, Static IP) and an optional description.
EDIT : Click 'Edit' to change the name or description of an existing feature.
DELETE : Click 'Delete' to remove a feature. Warning: it will be removed from all plans that use it.
ASSIGN TO PLANS : In the Plans tab, when creating or editing a plan, check the features to associate. They will display as badges on the portal.
EXAMPLES : High Definition WiFi, Stable and fast connection, Priority 24/7 Support, Static IP, Multi-connection, Built-in VPN, etc.
